As required by Arkansas Act 676 (link to:  https://www.arkleg.state.ar.us/Acts/Document?type=pdf&act=676&ddBienniumSession=2019%2F2019R)  to record Vaccination Exemption:

  • ​Ozark Catholic Academy has three (3) students who have been granted, by the Department of Health, an exemption from the requirement to obtain one(1) or more vaccinations as required by state law. 

  • The percentage of students within our school granted vaccination exemption from the Department of Health is 4.11%.

  • The number of students who have failed to provide proof of vaccinations required by the state and have not obtained an exemption from the Department of Health is six (6). 

  • The percentage of students within the school who have failed to provide proof of vaccination required by the state and have not obtained an exemption from the Department of Health is 8.23%
